Privacy Policy

Hutoprince AdDesk ("the application", "we") is a private, internal tool used only by our own team to manage our own Google Ads accounts. This policy explains what data the application accesses, how it is used and how it is protected.

1. Who can use the application

Only our own team members can sign in. The application is not offered to the public, customers or other businesses.

2. Data we access from Google

When a team member signs in with Google and grants permission, the application receives:

• Basic Google account information: the email address of the signed-in account (scopes openid and email), used only to show which account is connected.
• Google Ads data (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) for the Google Ads accounts we own and manage: account names and IDs, campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, ad review/policy status, and performance metrics such as cost, impressions, clicks and conversions (installs).
• An OAuth refresh token, so the application can keep working without signing in again.

3. How we use this data

• To create and manage App campaigns in our own Google Ads accounts.
• To pause or enable campaigns and ads, and to change budgets, when a team member chooses to.
• To show reports and alerts about our own campaigns to our team.

We do not use Google user data for advertising to individuals, do not sell it, and do not use it for any purpose other than operating this application.

4. Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent or transfer Google user data to any third party. Data is only sent back to Google through the Google Ads API to carry out the actions described above.

5. Storage and security

• Data is stored on our own private server. Access to the application requires a login protected by a password and a one-time email code.
• OAuth tokens and client secrets are stored encrypted.
• All connections use HTTPS.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept only as long as needed to run our campaigns. Removing a connected Google account in the application deletes its stored token and account list. Access can also be revoked at any time from Google Account → Security → Third-party access. To request deletion of any data, email us at the address below.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Hutoprince AdDesk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
